The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big plus to them. Comfy bed. Cheap laundry just right next door to the hotel.

There is no soundproofing and the hotel is located on very busy street so it is pretty loud in the room. The bathroom should be renovated. The towels can be newer too.

Location was in a cheap area of town, and easy to get around...

Location was in a cheap area of town, and easy to get around by motorbike. Staff is very friendly and the rooms were large. TVs here have awesome channels (HBO,Cinemax etc) which was a nice change after staying in hostels for 90% of my travels.

We had several ants on the tables and beds and bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t the best either.

The room is very clean and spacious.

The room is very clean and spacious. Two bottles of drinking water provided plus a water kettle just in case the customer needs some hot water. The staff is friendly too.

Nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. It's close to many usable things in Cebu City.

Hard too find, as there are no ZEN rooms signs on the building (the hotel name is S Hotel) Google maps shows the location 100m further up the street. On check in there are too many 'rules', deposit, etc. Etc.

Beautiful and very light full room.

Beautiful and very light full room. Big toilet and very clean.

Breackfast. The price is cheap, but what you get is so little. Coffee is only with creamer coming from a machine...it was better a cattle and powder and some tea too. So many tables, like in a work dining hall, but so small the buffet. Could be better less and better tables and something more at the buffet. I suggest to introduce some easy and cheap bread with butter and jams too.

Very spacious clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. Had a guard at the entrance to keep tenants safe. Stayed for three nights.
